Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. LLXLLQ cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Once your order ships you will receive an email detailing the Freight Tracking Numbers. If an item in your order is backordered, we will contact you via email with the details.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@llxllq.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For online purchases, LLXLLQ will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange when accompanied by the original receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

Returns/exchanges will be processed with 10 business days of receipt. Full price merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery; however sale merchandise must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of delivery. Please note that we do not refund postage costs for returned items.

For online returns/exchanges, you must send an email to info@llxllq.com. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed. The address for returns is:
